Men's Adult Division:
- 1st place - Chris Bopp (Massachusetts)
- 2nd place - Richard Ray (New Hampshire)
- 3rd place - Guillermo Barrantes (Massachusetts)
Women's Adult Division:
- 1st place - Michelle MacDonald (Massachusetts)
- 2nd place - Allsion Foy (New Hampshire)
- 3rd place - Kelsey Stratton (Massachusetts), Gianna Skates (Vermont)
First and second place winners advanced to the National Yoga Asana Championships in Los Angeles, CA in held in February, 2009.
Participants from all over New England including Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont are eligible to join in the annual championship held each fall. Regional winners from all over the United States and the world go on to compete in the Annual National Yoga Asana Championship in Los Angeles held in February.
